Complete 04:43
Get up, let's go, we're leaving the voice said in my head So I got my shoes and jacket but that ain't what he said He said Damn I can't fight anymore Not like you You wanna know your chances And you want me to know mine, too And I do How many nights we fell asleep believing we're complete How many ways did we go wrong for how long? How many days till I believe you're gone? You won't but you want to Light it up, light it up You won't but you want to Light it on fire How many nights we fell asleep believing we're complete How many ways did we go wrong, for how long? How many nights we fell asleep believing we're complete How many ways did we go wrong, for how long? How many days till I believe you're gone?

Our War 03:59
That’s okay. For the 14th time I was never right for you. We never hit that hard. We never blocked that door. We never fought that war. It’s alright. It’s alright now (or whatever you say). Don’t call it home now. Call it away. Hey You gotta force that feeling in. You gotta force feed the feeling. You gotta force that feeling in. You’re gonna love our war. California’s still the same. You can leave like you never came. California’s still the same. But here we come anyway. That's okay. For the 14th time... We never hit that hard. We never blocked that door. We never fought that war. It's alright. It’s alright now… whatever you say. Don’t call us home now. Call us away. Hey You gotta force that feeling in. You gotta force feed the feeling. You gotta force that feeling in. You’re gonna love our war. California’s still the same. You can leave like you never came. California’s still the same. But here we come anyway.

Plan B (Original Demo) (free) 03:39
I’ve got blood on my hands and a list of demands for a game plan I want a Greyhound bus and a nurse by the end of this song I need an airplane I need an airplane and I’m not gonna fight about it I want all those cars off the Brooklyn Bridge by tonight Cause my ship is coming My ship is coming My ship is coming in I want the media up in a frenzy and they better say what I do I want the animals out on the runway and they better be two by two Like me and you We need an airplane And I’m not gonna fight about it I want all those cars off the Throgs Neck Bridge by tonight That’s right Cause my ship is coming My ship is coming My ship is coming in Comin’ in It’s comin’ in It’s comin’ in It’s comin’ in Here we go

about

We are Desperate Machines - a new musical project from the duo behind the experimental rock group, In Progress.

This project finds us teaming up with Kevin Moore (Chroma Key, OSI), who provides guest vocals on all of the tracks. Musically, we find ourselves exploring electronic, rock, and industrial soundscapes, with a large emphasis on atmosphere, melody, and hooks.

We are excited to share our first singles with everyone as well as make available the original demo for Plan B, the track that ultimately kicked this thing off several years ago (and the final, considerably different version of which you’ll hear soon). Download the EP and stay up-to-date with the latest news about the project. There is more music to come throughout 2020.

Thank you and we hope you enjoy our new musical adventure.
